The Genuine Fargo 84053 replacement retransfer film allows you to print high definition, full color cards with the Fargo Fargo reverse transfer card printers. The 84053 retransfer film can print and protect up to 1,500 prints using your HDP5000 card printer.

The Fargo 84053 retransfer film must used with one of Fargo’s HDP5000 color ribbons. Reverse transfer technology uses retransfer film to print color images instead of printing directly to the card. The Fargo retransfer printers print the color image on to the retransfer film and then that color image is transferred to the card with heat. The Fargo 84053 retransfer film ribbon isn’t only used for transferring color images on to the card. Fargo’s retransfer film also offers a higher level of protection for the color image on the card against containments such as oils from hands and UV rays. RFID Technology for easy installation
