Returns, Warranties, and Exchanges

The ID Distributors team honors all manufacturer warranties found on this website.  While shopping, products will have warranty information listed in the specifications or details tab.  

If you've purchased a product from us which was incorrect, or you no longer need - give us a call to make arrangements.  If the purchase is within 30 days we'll be able to refund your money.  There are some technicalities which are listed below so take a look.  If everything matches we're good to go!

If your purchase is unopened and/or unused:

  • Purchase must be unused, unopened, and have the factory seals.  
  • Everything received must be returned, such as: original packaging, instructions, manuals, included accessories.
  • A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund via your method of purchase.
  • Shipping: return shipping must be pre-paid and ID Distributors cannot refund the original shipping costs.
  • We are unable to accept software returns for any reason.  

If your product was opened:

If your product was opened and meets the criteria below we will be unable to accept a return:

  • Opened media or consumables such as: id cards, ribbons, cleaning kits. 
  • Id Card printers unless the return is authorized by the ID Distributors team.

Defective or Malfunctioning products:

If you received a product that is not operating as intended, malfunctioning, or defective please contact the ID Distributors team to obtain an RMA number.  It's important you receive your order and will do our best to send a replacement as soon as possible.
